The course will develop the necessary skills to learn the Italian culinary traditions. The educational program will deal with Italian products and let the students be able to cook Italian recipes. The students will be highly qualified and competent in making Italian Ice Cream.
The course will be held in English.

Ice Cream with eggs:
Ice cream with cream and pine nuts
Chocolate ice cream
Ice Cream with milk (no eggs):
Coffee ice cream
Coconut ice cream
Ice Cream withe fruits:
Raspberry sorbet
Salted Ice Cream
“Bruschetta”: ice cream with garlic, bread, tomato, origan.
Students will eat what they have prepared. A welcome drink is included.
